結束ABA如何提供飲食的幫助後,這週來到建立適切「 #用餐禮儀 」的行為囉!
好好坐著吃飯其實並不難教,因為食物本身就具有「頂替效應」,很容易就成為有效力的增強物!不過,在看看老師分享的三大策略及原則前,請注意兩個前題:
1. 大人自己也要好好坐著吃飯、是孩子的模範!(有些行為是模仿而來的,所以我們也要保持警惕、反思自己的行為)
2. 除了吃正餐的時間,其他時間在飲食上要限制、定時定量!(如果飽足了,將大大降低吃飯的動機,當然就不會想要好好坐著吃飯了)
